学科服务背景下“智慧与服务”新解读

摘要从“智慧与服务”的传统与内涵入手并结合“智慧”的本意,通过分析学科服务现阶段的发展瓶颈即学科服务能力的不足,指出学科服务背景下“智慧与服务”被赋予的新内涵,认为学科服务能力的建设即学科服务中学科服务“智慧”的建构,除了技术维度的智能、用户维度的“智慧增长”之外,更主要是指学科馆员服务能力的建设,这一点及是对传统“智慧与服务”的继承,同时也赋予“智慧与服务”以新的时代内涵。

Abstract：The wisdom & service is one of the libratry tradition, and the wisdom means the ability of librarians, and the subject service brings library the chance of development and also gives the challenges, the most important one is that the subject service ability cannot satisfy the users’ need, and besides the intelligent technique and the promotion of users’ wisdom , the subject service wisdom especially includes the construction of librarians’ subject service ability, and it’s the inheritance on the library Wisdom & service tradition, and also endows the tradition a new connotation.
